Mr. Pir Riaz Ahmed is a dedicated professional currently serving as Assistant Director (BPS-17) in the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies & Research (PGS) at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, Sindh, Pakistan. With over 20 years of extensive experience in administrative and academic roles, Mr. Pir Riaz has demonstrated exceptional expertise in management, problem-solving, and organizational planning. Born on April 1, 1979, in Nawabshah, Sindh, Mr. Pir Riaz holds a Master of Arts (M.A) in Political Science from Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur Mir’s, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Honors from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM), further enhancing his qualifications and skills in the field of administration and leadership. Throughout his career, Mr. Pir Riaz has held various positions at QUEST, showcasing his versatility and commitment to institutional growth. His responsibilities have included arranging seminars, postgraduate examinations, evaluation of postgraduate theses and cultural programs, as well as scrutinizing applications for ME/MS and PhD programs. His technical proficiency is complemented by certifications in AutoCAD, MS Office Automation, and English Typing. Fluent in English, Urdu/Hindi, Sindhi, and Siraiki, Mr. Pir Riaz is known for his strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive relationships. His hobbies include listening to music, driving, and reading newspapers, reflecting his well-rounded personality.
