Biography
Shafqat Ali received his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology, Pakistan in 2008, and Master's in IT in 2014 . His research interests are Video Streaming Performance and Peer to Peer (P2P) Networks. He has 25 years of experience at QUEST.
