Biography
**Biography** Engr. Fozia Panhwar is a Lecturer in the Department of Telecommunication Engineering at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, Pakistan. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. research in the field of wireless communication networks, with a particular focus on handover optimization, mobility management, and performance enhancement in LTE/5G heterogeneous networks. Her academic and research interests include 5G networks, heterogeneous networks, handover parameter optimization, mobility management, radio link failure analysis, quality of service improvement, and machine-learning-based optimization techniques for wireless communication systems. She is actively involved in teaching, research, and academic development, and aims to contribute to advanced wireless communication solutions that improve network reliability, mobility performance, and user experience in next-generation cellular networks.
