Dr. Safia Amir Dahri is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Telecommunication Engineering at Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, Pakistan. She earned her Ph.D. in Electronic Engineering from QUEST in 2023, focusing her research on the performance of multi-tier heterogeneous networks (HetNets) under various design parameters. With over a decade of academic and engineering experience, Dr. Dahri has contributed extensively to research in wireless communication, heterogeneous networks, and energy efficiency optimization. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles published in IEEE Access, Peerj, springer VFAST Transactions, and other reputable journals. Her work spans topics such as multi-slope path loss modeling, antenna optimization in HetNets, and network throughput enhancement. Dr. Dahri is actively involved in academic leadership and curriculum development, serving on committees for Outcome-Based Education, curriculum review, self-assessment, and student consultation at QUEST. She has also mentored undergraduate final year projects and supports students academically. Her technical skills include MATLAB, AutoCAD, and HFSS, complemented by practical knowledge of microcontrollers and communication systems. Dr. Dahri’s commitment to advancing telecommunication research and education continues to drive innovation and excellence at her institution.
