A Proud Achievement for the Department of Computer Systems Engineering!

We are delighted to share that our talented students have secured Runner-Up position at the UBL National Hackathon 2026, competing against 1,300+ teams from across Pakistan.

Their innovative project, “Fraud Shield AI,” earned a place among the Top 2 teams nationwide, along with a remarkable PKR 1.5 Million prize.

This outstanding accomplishment reflects the students’ technical expertise, creativity, teamwork, perseverance, and problem-solving skills. The journey from an idea to a nationally recognized AI-based solution involved extensive brainstorming, development, testing, pitching, and continuous learning.

As a department, we are immensely proud of our students for representing their academic programs and demonstrating the potential of young Pakistani innovators in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, cybersecurity, and digital banking.
